Aweber

The only autoresponder I've used.  I have to be honest, I have not used other autoresponders so I have nothing to compare Aweber's service to.  All I know is, Aweber sends you correspondence through actual mail, they call you on the phone, and them make sure you're satisfied relentlessly which proves that they really want your business.  I'm not sure if other autoresponder services do this.
